How it works ?

  1. Contact me by email (lunakidesign@gmail.com), on social networks (Facebook or Instagram) or by chat on my website
  2. Together, we will discuss what you want, your tastes, your desires and your needs (what kind of jewelry do you want, what stones, what colors, what benefits...)
  3. I create you one or two bracelets according to your desires then you give me your feedback
  4. I modify it if necessary, otherwise you can go to the order stage

Deliveries and Returns

Delivery :

  • The processing time for an order varies between 1 and 3 working days.
  • Standard delivery (without tracking number) is free anywhere in Canada with no minimum purchase with Canada Post.
  • Express delivery is $20 and you will have a tracking number and will be delivered within 2 business days with Purolator.

Returns:

I accept returns and exchanges without any problem.

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery
  • Return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, in their original condition and must not have been worn. If these conditions are not met, the refund may be refused.
  • Sale items are final sale (non-exchangeable and non-refundable).
  • For any exchange or refund, the customer will be responsible for the return costs.

Ça vaut tellement la peine!

J’ai fait créer 3 bracelets uniques et je suis plus que satisfaite! Alexia est à l’écoute des besoins du client, très patiente, professionnelle mais surtout extrêmement talentueuse.
